All products are FINAL SALE. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you will need to contact customer service at shop@greenecointeriors.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA) and replacement. Email MUST be be accompanied by photo evidence within 24 hours of receiving merchandise. Because Return Authorizations are provided by our suppliers, the time in which you will receive the (RA) will vary depending on product ordered. Please note that the Return Authorization Number (RA) is valid for only 7 days and item must be shipped back within this time. Please note any item shipped back without a Return Authorization (RA)will not be accepted and will be returned to you without refund. *For returning damaged items, please see Defective Products or Damaged Shipping.
